I loved this book from start to finish. Watching Trudy take charge of her life was both hilarious and touching, and every woman deserves a Billy Lee of her very own. The transformation of Aunt Gert's old house into a brand new home for Trudy neatly paralleled the changes that Trudy was making in her own life and her growing awareness of Billy Lee as something more than just a friend.
I laughed out loud when I realized that Aunt Gert had made good on her promise to hide her money under faithless Lonnie's nose, and I especially enjoyed the idea that Aunt Gert had set up her will with an eye toward finally bringing Trudy and Billy Lee together.
